Important information about the website and ETA services

1. Independent commercial service provider

ETA-Service is a trading activity of Sovereign Solutions VOF. ETA-Service is not part of and is not connected to the UK government, an embassy, an immigration service, or a border authority. An ETA can be applied for directly through the official website or app of the UK government. The UK government charges its own fee for this. ETA-Service charges a separate fee for support, checking, and submission.

2. No faster processing or guarantee

Using ETA-Service gives no priority and does not result in a faster assessment by the UK government. ETA-Service cannot guarantee approval, a processing time, or entry to the United Kingdom. An approved ETA is a travel authorization and not a guarantee of entry. The competent border authority makes the final decision.

3. No legal or immigration advice

Information on the website is general and does not constitute legal, tax, immigration, or travel advice. Personal circumstances may lead to different rules or to the need for a visa. If in doubt, contact the competent government authority or a qualified legal advisor.

4. Responsibility of the traveler

• Check all entered details before submitting.
• Travel on the same valid passport used for the ETA application.
• Check current travel, transit, passport, visa, and entry rules well before departure.
• Allow enough time for processing and possible additional checks.
• Make your own decisions about non-refundable travel bookings while authorization is still pending.

5. Currency of information

ETA-Service tries to keep information accurate and up to date. Governments may change rules, fees, procedures, and processing times without prior notice. The official information from the competent government authority prevails where information differs.

The website may contain links to external websites. ETA-Service does not manage these websites and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or privacy policy. A link does not automatically mean that ETA-Service endorses the external party.

7. Availability and errors

ETA-Service aims to provide a secure and well-functioning website, but cannot guarantee that the website is always available without interruption, delay, or error. Please report any error to info@eta-service.com so that we can investigate it.
